Anti Aging Exercise

Schedule 10 to 30 min daily.

Do "something physical" preferably your hobby. You will do it even if you are dead tired. Cardio is a must.

Do something that is in your budget. You do not have to spend extra money.

Exercise with a friend or two. It is more fun!

Learn yoga and do it at least 10 min a day.

Hot bath, sauna at least once a week, it is a fantastic way to unwind, revitalize, and clean the body of toxins.

After a hard day at work you have to find time to unwind.
Your body can only take so much abuse : no physical activity, bad nutrition, unhealthy lifestyle, etc.
Do not let it come to that point. Your body will say no more and you will start to fall apart. | |
